When will my box ship?
Boxes ship the first or second week of each month, depending on order date. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Since all of our plans are paid upfront as a one-time charge (as of right now), there are no recurring monthly payments to pause or cancel. Once you complete your purchase, you're locked in for the full experience—whether that's a 3-box or annual plan. This allows us to reserve your ingredients and accessories in advance. Ensuring you get the full value of your prepaid subscription.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?
